An Argentinian woman once rescued a hopeless kitten that turned out to be a jaguarundi puma. The woman learned about the real nature of the animal after a couple of months when she took him to the veterinarian. As a result, the animal was taken to the reserve.

One clear morning, Florencia Lobo and her brother went out for a morning walk in the South American province of Tucumán. On the way they came across two helpless kittens. Two kittens lay lifeless on the side of the road and next to them was a dead cat, which was apparently their mother. The woman rescued the kittens and brought them home.

One of the kittens did not survive, and the other, luckily recovered and developed under the supervision of Florencia.

Two months later, the woman decided to take Tito to the veterinarian for a routine checkup. Then she was informed that it was not a kitten, but a wild cat. The veterinarian realized that it was not a domestic cat, but a wild cat, but he could not determine exactly what kind of wild cat it was.

To determine exactly which animal it was, Florencia took Tito to the Horco Molle Nature Reserve. And there they determined that this was a jaguarundi puma, that lived mainly in South America. Puma was left in the reserve.
