After sharing her amazing body on the Internet she spoke of the benefits of going to the gym at least 3 times a week again.
“I do 50-minute intervals on my elliptical. I raise the incline, run for 2-3 minutes and walk for 1, run again for 2-3,” she wrote.
She reveals that only feels beautiful when she has finishes her workout.
