Meet Paige Kalendin. The eight-year-old young gymnast was born without legs. But despite her physical handicap, she managed to achieve great success in sports.
Paige was born without legs. From early childhood, she enthusiastically watched the sports performances of gymnasts and dreamed of being in their place. Parents thought for a long time, but decided and took the girl to the first training session.
Parents were afraid that if Paige did not succeed, it would be a strong blow for her and she would be very disappointed in herself. However, fortunately, the girl succeeded on the first try.
At first, Page had no intention of doing gymnastics professionally. She wanted to train to keep her body in shape, but then this hobby grew into something more.

By the age of 8, the girl achieved great success and even became part of the Ohio state gymnast team.
“For me, gymnastics is more than just a sport. It is an opportunity to prove to myself and others what I am capable of. Gymnastics is my vocation, which I found thanks to the support of my family, coach and even teammates”, the girl confessed.

Recently, the girl has found other hobbies for herself besides gymnastics. She is learning archery, swimming and cheerleading. Parents do everything to bring their daughter to all her favorite activities on time. They are happy to see her joyful and full of life.
