69-year-old American actress, model and sex symbol of the 1980s and 1990s Kim Basinger has been a beauty standard for many years. It can be very difficult to bear such a title, especially considering that age inexorably takes its toll.

Probably the star is not ready to grow old. Therefore, Kim turned to plastic surgeons for help. She showed her new face to the world at her  daughter – Ireland Baldwin’s baby-shower party. Fans could hardly recognize the star.

The paparazzi caught the actress at the exit of the Hollywood strip club Jumbo’s Clown Room, where the party was held. Kim was accompanied by her boyfriend Mitch Stone according to the DailyMail.

Note that neither Ireland’s father, 64-year-old Alec Baldwin, nor his current wife Hilaria were seen at the event.

Photos of the “new” face of Basinger scattered across social networks. Despite the minimum of cosmetics, the appearance of the star is strikingly different from the usual for everyone.

Fans noted that Basinger has not changed for the better. The blonde greatly overdid it with a cheekbone lift.

Before turning to a plastic surgeon, the star used more domestic methods to invigorate her skin. She poured mineral water and milk (in equal proportions) into a spray bottle and periodically refreshed her face with this “elixir”.

To keep fit, she regularly went in for sports: jogging and exercising on home exercise equipment.

Now Basinger still observes a peculiar diet – she is a vegetarian. The actress happily stocks her fridge with her childhood favorites: peas, turnips, whole grain bread, pumpkin pies and organic bittersweet chocolate.

But the main thing is that when Kim has to go to a restaurant, she does not hesitate to take miniature cutlery with her from home to eat more slowly.
