Elephants are wonderful animals. They are very kind and responsive. In any hopeless situation, they rush to help each other. Unfortunately there are people who hunt them in South Africa. This little baby elephant fell into a poacher’s trap and got hurt.

This brave elephant survived four difficult days.

He was weak, hungry and dehydrated. But he fought for his life with all his might and did not give up.

“Despite the fact that the baby elephant spent several days in this state without food and water, he still showed that he is very brave,” said Sue Howells, the shelter’s manager.

Albino baby elephant managed to recover. His perseverance, strong desire to live helped him a lot.

Sue Howells noted that this elephant was different from the others. Being still so young, he fought so hard for his life.

Now he’s all right. He has almost recovered and already managed to make friends with other animals at the shelter.
