A half-breed pit bull was chained up in the backyard of a house for an unknown time.

Because the owner was away, someone thought the house was abandoned and put their dog on a chain in the backyard.

When he was rescued, he almost lost consciousness in front of his owner, who got back from vacation.

He contacted the local dog shelter, Rebel Dogs Detroit. The volunteer Tiffany went there to see him and her heart broke from seeing the dog in those conditions.

When she got closer to him, he started wagging his tail fast. It seemed it was going to break.

He calmed down the minute she touched his forehead.

He felt better because he realized that he was safe.

They became best friends from the moment they met each other.

When the chains were removed, he fell to the ground with his stomach exposed. He was happy to be finally rescued.

Unfortunately, the collar cut deep into his neck, that’s why he had to undergo surgery.

They waited for five hours at the clinic so his health could become better.

While they were waiting for their turn, the girl hugged him and made him feel safe in her arms.

His one wish was to be loved and that came true.

After the surgery, he went to his temporary home.

Now he is the happiest dog who is waiting to find his forever home.
