This chihuahua fell in love with the man who was driving a small white truck a few months ago and still can’t forget about him. It was love at first sight.

There has always been this assumption about mutual dislike between dogs and postmen. Most dogs don’t like when an outsider steps inside their territory. But it’s not the case for little Franny. The man with a huge bag who is an everyday visitor doesn’t seem to bother her at all. In fact, Franny is the exact opposite.

She has her observation spot by the glass where she will sit every morning after breakfast and wait until the white truck arrives. At that exact moment, she starts to wag her tail and tremble with joy.

As you may already guess the puppy wasn’t waiting for letters or postcards. It was the mailman who was the center of her attention. On the second day in the new house, the chihuahua met with the man who would later become the love of her life.

That day Franny’s owner was speaking with the mailman in the yard, and he noticed the puppy.

That man held her and was gentle with her. He even let Franny lick his face. At that moment Franny knew that was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life.

The postman Dan is the neighbourhood’s favourite, but their love for him doesn’t even compete with Franny’s.

After that, every single day the puppy would wait for Dan’s truck to arrive and lets the owner know that it was time for her daily excitement. She would quickly get ready, put Franny on a leash, and rush, so her dog can meet up with the most important person in her life.
